The requirements for the purchase of the condo were exacting and called for a year-end close so we had approximately three weeks to order an inspection, resolve any issues, and prepare for a quick closing. Robert provided the information for the companies to do a home inspection, he also suggested we have a sewer line inspection and radon testing. The sewer line scope showed a break that needed repair and Robert drove to the HOA office and spoke directly to the HOA manager. With Robert’s foresight and skills, he marketed the condo in such a way that we received an offer on the unit within four days after going on the market, whereas other units in this same complex had been up for sale for well over 100 days. After working with Robert, not only is he a friend, but he is considered family after how well he looked after Mom and her needs, and ours once she passed, referring us to a lawyer from his vast contact list who is helping us with her estate.
